Returns + Exchanges
We have a no hassle return policy. We guarantee all of our work.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will exchange it or refund it.

- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
- Item must be in new and re-saleable condition.
- Sale items & Gift Cards are non-returnable.
- Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
How do I start an exchange or a refund?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a request.
Let us know which item will be returned / exchanged and the reason for the return or the exchange.
Include your email, mailing address and your daytime phone number.
**Items returned without requesting an exchange or a refund will not be accepted.Once your refund or exchange is processed, you will receive a notice via email.
How long will my exchange or refund take?
Once we receive the item, it will be processed and you will be notified by email.
You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please give your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund.
We ship exchanges within 1-2 business days of accepting the exchange if it is an in stock item. If it is a made-to-order item it may take longer to fabricate and ship.
When shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during transit.
